Prof. Zhiguo Shi, Zhejiang University, China

IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member

Zhiguo Shi received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2001 and 2006, respectively.,Since 2006, he has been a Faculty Member with the Department of Information and Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University, where he is currently a Full Professor. From 2011 to 2013, he visited the Broadband Communications Research Group, University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada. His current research interests include signal and data processing. He serves as an Editor for the IEEE Network, IET Communications, and Journal of the Franklin Institute. He was a recipient of the Best Paper Award from the ISAP 2020, the IEEE GLOBECOM 2019, the IEEE iThings 2019, the EIA MILCOM 2018, the IEEE WCNC 2017, the CSPS 2017, the IEEE/CIC ICCC 2013, the IEEE WCNC 2013, and the IEEE WCSP 2012. He was also a recipient of the First Prize for Wu Wenjun AI Science and Technology Award in 2020, the First Prize for Science and technology Development of the Ministry of Education in 2015, and the Second Prize for the Scientific and Technological Award of Zhejiang Province in 2012.

Prof. Hongchun Qu, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China

Hongchun Qu received the Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, and Iowa State University, Ames, IA, USA, in 2009.,During 2010 and 2012, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the University of Tübingen. Since 2013, he has been a Professor with the College of Automation and College of Computer Science, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT), Chongqing, China, where he also serves as the Director of the Institute of Ecological Safety, Forecasting and Control. His research interests include computer simulation and modeling, machine learning, and data science.




Prof. Yandong Gong, Beijing Information Science and Technology University, China

Yandong Gong received the Ph.D. degree from Beijing Jiaotong University, China, in 1998. He worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, from 2000 to 2002. Later, he joined the Institute for Infocomm Research, A*STAR, Singapore. Since 2019, he has been with Beijing Information Science and Technology University as a Full Professor. He has authored or coauthored more than 200 papers on reputable international journals and conferences. His current research areas include fiber-optic sensors and terahertz technology.

Prof.Chengzhi Su, Changchun university of science and technology, China

Chengzhi Su is a professor and doctoral supervisor in the School of Artificial Intelligence at Changchun University of Science and Technology. He also serves as the standing director of the Jilin Provincial Robotics Society, the vice chairman of the Tianjin Robotics Association. Besides, he was member of the 7th CYBER  Technical Program Committee in 2017 and the chair of  12th CYBER  Program Committee in 2022. In 2013, he studied abroad at the Robotics and Automation Laboratory of Michigan State University in the U.S. His research interests including Unknown object perception and data understanding, cognitive computing and autonomous decision-making, redundant motion control and digital simulation. He has participated in projects such as Intelligent coating robot system for aviation components, unmanned process optimization technology for robot spraying, intelligent coating robot for automobiles, control theory research on dual PSD for laser beam simultaneous alignment for robot absolute positioning accuracy calibration. He has been recognized with several awards, including one First Prize and three Third Prizes for Technological Advancement in Jilin Province. Additionally, he has authored two academic monographs and published over 30 research papers.
